Web based User Interface for Backup Program

Project Description:
We have a backup program that runs on OpenSolaris (Unix) from command line, but need to make it more user friendly with a Web User interface. We are on a tight time frame, but have done a bunch of the work already. We've layed out the website in photoshop and want to have it recreated in something like Joomla or Drupal if possible.We then need to do some programing to have the WebUI take information from the command line and also send commands to the unix command line from the WebUI.
