Hey,

Need some help.

1. Im wondering how can I make a program that will look in a MySQL server hosted on teh same pc looking for a change. and if it was yes in teh table it would execute a command. And if it was no it would execute a diffrent command.

I'm not sure how much i'm willing to pay until I know how you can help me.

Also need someone to make me/show me how to make some sort of voice communication software.

Have around $30-$110
