Ok - and if there is no programming work to be done, I assume the time will be spent on marketing and seo, and regular maintenance?

I would want a weekly log (or daily) showing what was done each day.

Also, I do not release funds up front. I would pay either with escrow or paypal after each month.

Your bid would have to be changed so we don't get the wrong GAF fees.

I propose that we start out with $150 per month so that I can see if your services are worth it. Then, after 3 months or so, we can either increase it or go to a percentage of profits. I want you to have the motivation to make the site grow and succeed which is why I suggested paying a percentage of profits.
