Desired Candidate/Company Profile :

· Total IT Experience: 6-10 years
· Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and good attitude
· Must be hands-on and very strong in all tiers of web application development; (Cloud & SaaS)
· Must pay attention to detail
· Ability to build reusable components and code
· Object oriented experience in .NET and C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Javascript, Third party components like Infragistics, Crystal Reports XI, XML, XSLT, Visual
Sudio.NET (2003, 2005, 2008)
· Must have hands on in .NET framework 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5 using AJAX
· Strong relational database development experience (SQL Server 2005 and above);
· Understanding of SOA ( Service Oriented Architectures) is desired
· Experience with Web Services using .net 2.0 and above. WCF is desired.
· Should have good leadership qualities and assist Developers.
· Willingness to work in overlap with US timings.
