Project Description:

I want some one to design a source code for doing a OCR for my pages.

I would use the tool for reading the text both typed and handwritten
Accuracy atleast - 95%

The OCR must either run the complete page or i should have a option to select the area. I should be able to process in bulk. Output must be in .xls, .doc. .txt or .pdf

It should accept input in .jpeg, .tiff, .bmp, .pdf

For Ex:
If i select a area in a image and i fix that area by selecting it, then the ocr tool must run that area for all the pages and should get the content out of it, in form of word or excel and so on.

This programme could also be used for converting my images searchable .pdf

    So, do you want to make new ocr engine or just make new interface to existing one.
    Like ABBYY FineReader Pro (and API) or tesseract-ocr (google)?
