I want to transfer a corporate website from one its present server to another server with the domain name retained. Need an experienced website designer and server host who can render these services on this website in question:

1. Transfer our website/domain name (including all data/information) from its present server to another good server
2. Render domain hosting service
3. Update the website with some information about the current products/services
3. Integrate e-commerce facilities on the website such as shopping cart
4. Upload 50 to 100 products photos and information on a particular section of the website (shopping mall)
5. Work with bank where we maintain a Merchant Account to enable him configure on the website credit card payment gate way
6. Integrate SolidTrustPay credit card payment gateway some sections of the website
7. Slight remodify the presently design/look of the website
8. Place the website on major search engines (SEO)
9. Provide a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to prevent hacking on the website

Budget is $120

Bidder must have a verifiable physical address and phone contact on its website will have an edge over other, the reason is we will want to operate with the designer/bidder for a long time so wont want transfer from server to server every now and then.
