Flex/Flash developer need for urgent fix

I am running a small software house and we deployed a web application which has online Banner design option in Flash/Flex.

My Flash/Flex developer has left the company and we have couple of issues related to online banner design system .

there are two categories of issues
1) I have the source code but not sure it is latest or not.
2) these are 15 issues which might be helpful for a flex developer to understand before bidding .

1) Outline tool on banner design tool works ok for the user but the outline disappears in the PDF for printing purposes
2) When a user designs a banner, saves it and then goes to edit to view the banner sometimes the text changes size. This sometimes moves some of the text onto a new line.

4) File types - ideally we would like the site to upload files through both the banner design tool and ftp as either jpeg, eps, pdf, tiff or ai files.
5) Alignment tools do not always work on the banner design tool
6) Site should allow users to upload images through the banner design tool up to 20mb
7) Site should allow users to upload files through the ftp with ideally a higher size than 20mb. At the moment it needs to be smaller than 2 mb.
8) From registering to buying the banner the user has to log in 3 times - should only be once. When a user has logged in, the site needs to remember this.( Flex reset the session )
9) Remove the function of 'Don't want to log in or register (Buy Now)' from the panel that appears after saving a banner
10) Adding text to the banner is not user friendly, the text box should increase in size horizonally and vertically as the user enters text as per Microsoft PowerPoint
11) Undo and redo tools do not work as should - some actions are missed out
12) When user clicks on text to position the text on the banner sometimes the text jumps away from the cursor
13) Clipart issue - e.g. the balloon clipart was added to a banner then flipped horizontally and it seemed to disappear but in fact it was off the banner elsewhere
14) Default text colour needs to be black
15) Change the font name 'Frutiger black' to 'Futura' (Do not change the font style as it is already futura)

In Last, I shall only Use Elance Escrow and would release the funds when my client will approve the work.
Deliverables would be latest source code + Executable swf file.
