MojoPortal template design based off of existing website

Project Description:
We are looking to move off of our existing CMS solution and on to MojoPortal's solution. We would like the basic template of our existing website at http://www.clearlinknetworks.com translated and updated to be used with MojoPortal and to utilize some of the .Net 3.5 and 4.0 framework.We do not need to keep any of the existing header/footer graphics/backgrounds, just keep the style and "feel" the same, but update the look to be a bit more modern and flashy.
Things to keep in mind:
COLOR SCHEME MUST REMAIN THE SAME (all of our existing graphics are designed with transparencies based upon the background colors)
Angles and edges of the new header/footer should resemble/compliment the angles on the existing site.
Additionally, we have both sites running in paralelle (as we move the data between sites) so the developer chosen can work directly on the development server to customize/tweak the template for use well before it will go into production.
