I would like to create a private training stream on Ustream.

I would like to do a Ustream vide stream into a password protected Wordpress page.
I want a chat setup, but I don't want each participant to see what each other is chatting.
I want me to be the only one to see the chat all the questions in the chat. I want to use the chat as a way for viewers to ask live questions. I don't know if this can be done with the built in chat in Ustream or not. You might have to add a chat software to the system.

I also do not want the stream to be public and added to the ustream open viewing.

So the bottom line is:

1) Password Protected page site
2) Streaming video from ustream with a way for the viewer to send live questions
3) The ustream steaming video NOt to be public

I would also like a header and a few minor graphics for the layout to be created.
