Project Description:

This is a web based user interface that will write data to database tables and display/print data from database tables. It consists of 8 different screen types and about 8 tables in a database. If you are going to bid on the project please take a quick look at the requirements.

When you bid on the project indicate the number of days it will actually take you will deliver a developed set of screens that meet the requirements. I will expect it will be delivered on that date (within a couple of days window) I would like to be able to view and test this and am willing to work with you as you complete parts to test them as they are posted on your server. I will pay half the winning bid at the time the full user interface is up and tested, and pay the second half when you get it up and running on my server. Thus, the project includes loading it to a Go-daddy website and making sure it works in that environment. This is the first of three components in this project, you are only bidding on the first component here. Requirements are attached as is the database in the form of an MS Access Database.
