I am a new entepenuer in the process of a proposal for a four to five star full service hotel, I am seeking a skilled but very flexiable person to draw up some rendering for our project.

We are looking to have this done is a short amout of time, so the delievery for this request timeline is in a 7 day turn around, if it become successful carries a bonus (details will be disscussed at the time of disscussion), if you might be that successful person be asure that your work will carry a potential to be included for the main project.

(By the way, the website is a beta version only) Also, I am not an architect, but instead a real estate developer who found your project interesting. I have syndicated and placed over $200MM in equity and debt for a variety of commercial ventures in the past 10 years.
