PROJECT BACK GROUND
I am selling pre-drawn plans via/ downloadable from the internet.
I had an enquiry from a potential client from the USA. My plans does not conform to USA building standards,

Project Detail
Double storey log home (already designed and drawn: as per attached: AutoCAD 2004 format)
I provide this attachment format to ensure you can access all portions of the drawing to bid accurately.

PROJECT REQUIRMENT
MODIFY EXISTING DESIGN (IF NEEDED)
1 Floor plans.

2. Exterior elevations.

Plan adapted to conform to USA Standards:
1. International Residential Code (IRC)
2. UBC Building Code (UBC)

SUMMARY
In summary I would want to know how much it will cost to adapt the attached house plan/ design to USA (United States of America)
At the end of the day I only want to put my name to it when selling the adapted plan to the client
The client needs to be able to successfully submit to USA authorities to obtain the permits
