My company has a problem it would like solved.I would like a computer application that I can open up and enter a fax number or email address and transmits preloaded documents to the receiver. I want this to be an easy and simple to use program. No login required. Just something that I can open up on my desk top and type in a fax number, hit send, and it immediately sends the information.
I'm open to all solutions to what we are seeking as long as the process that is developed is easy and simple with no agent login required. That works in house only.
We use windows xp, vista and 7. Must be compatible on theses OS

You can use Windows Fax API library which is wrapped within an application written by me for you. There will be a form containing fax number, subject (if required), document/file(if required), and start button for fax triggering. Also, it can be set as an automatic process by set the application within a system tray. So, it cabe be scheduled to send fax for certain time range. less
