I require an individual/team to find leads for domain names I am offering for sale.


You will be provided with a list of domain names and your job is to:
1) Email/contact webmasters of related websites or companies to offer them the related domain name I have available for sale.

I would like try your service with 5 domains to start. These 5 domains will be appraised at $1000 and/or be strong enough to warrant an offer in that price range, although I will accept lower offers just to move domains and generate income for basic living and reinvesment.
5 domains at $250 a week pays the bills much easier than 0 sales, regardless if the domain is worth much more or not.

If your work is good, I would like to continue with your service long term.
You should be able to send out a minimum 25-50 **targeted** emails per domain (more if offers are not received although I have found this number to successful) Emails must be sent manually (not automatic or in bulk- Unless you have an bulk email program that sends individually targeted emails, it would be a plus and could be explored if success after trial) and must be sent only to webmasters of really related websites (for example, a domain name on jewelry shop should only be offered to online jewelry shop webmasters).
If you have an bulk email program that sends individually targeted emails, it would be a plus. I am not looking to spam potential clients. If we do decide to work together I will pay for a bulk email service.

If any of the 5 domains from the trial period sell, you will be provided with 20% commission.

If we are happy after the trial period and wish to work together I would expect to market 2 domains per day to potential buyers and will offer a 40% commission on all sold domains.
10 domains per week x $250 sale price = $2500 x 40% commission = $1000 per week .
This is a realistic goal as my last 5 domain sales have been 750 Euro, $460, $300, $400, $200.
If you are capable of doing more, that would be a plus.

Preference will be given to applicants from India since I do have some commercially viable .in domains.

When bidding please state the payment you expect for the job below:

1) Sending emails to webmasters and companies who may be interested in these 5 domains. JUST BID On the Trial Period
2) Time frame to complete project - I would expect an excel file of who was contacted that includes name(if possible) website and email address.

The successful applicant will be provided with a list of 50 domains that have been valued at over$1000.
You can choose the 5 you would like to work with for the trial.
