Project Description:

Please read carefully. DO NOT bid unless you can do ALL this. You will need to submit a 3D sample.

A website for a holistic health and beauty center AND 3D animation to beautifully demonstrate the human aura.

Animation description:

Four bodies-
1. Physical
2. Etheric
3. Emotional
4. Mental

Please keep in mind that the quality of the animation should convey lightness, balance, gentleness, elegance, serenity, flexibility, fluidity, dynamism, health. Please avoid rigidity, too strong, overpowering or dark qualities.

In the first picture (http://cyril.cassan.free.fr/Graphics/Images/Paranormal/aura.JPG)you can see an illustration of those layers altogether in 2D. Normally the bodies will surround the whole physical body, not just the sides, but for clarity in 2D we don't draw them in front of the physical body. In 3D they would surround the body totally.

Each layer body can be seen individually in the following images, which can help as a guide for the animation.

The etheric body (http://www.wingmakers.co.nz/images/etheric-body.gif) follows the physical body very closely and is blue in colour and the distance is shown in the table at the end.

The emotional body (http://www.wingmakers.co.nz/images/emotional-body.gif) follows the etheric body less closely, and more loosely and can be depicted as a cloud of different colours to represent the different emotions. For this please avoid black, dark or too strong colours. Pastel colours, baby blue, pink, pastel yellow, light green, white, pastel red, pastel orange and light violet should be used as can be seen in the following image.

The mental body (http://www.wingmakers.co.nz/images/mental-body.gif) is the next layer and follows the body even more loosely and is largely depicted by yellow/gold. For this I would like to extend it a little more, up to the distances for ketheric body (http://www.wingmakers.co.nz/images/ketheric-template.gif) (for this animation we will mix the mental and ketheric) becoming more golden towards the edges and very vibrant. It should be oval in shape and moving outwards in a ray like manner (as a star would emit rays of light)

All layers are dynamic and constantly moving, interacting with each other, they could be depicted with a coloured air style. This animation (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E6o4LpMXpQg&feature=related) although largely irrelevant shows a quality of coloured air style, this can be used for the etheric, emotional and mental bodies.

Above & Below: 2 to 5 inches

Mental Body
Left & Right Sides: 4 to 9 Inches

The animation should show a genderless human body, with NO distinct male (ie. broad shoulders, muscly arms, six-pack) or female (curved hips, breasts) features, in a relaxed standing posture, similar to the person in the first image, Venus de Milo (http://fr.academic.ru/pictures/frwiki/86/Venus_de_Milo_Louvre_Ma399.jpg) and Hermes of Praxiteli (http://culturaclasica.files.wordpress.com/2007/06/hermes_statue.jpg).

At first the 3 layers (apart from the physical) should be very thin with dull colours, sluggish movement, with less saturation, appearing almost grey. As the animation progresses signifying the treatment they will receive at the spa, the layers reach their full size (as per table above), becoming vibrant and gently and elegantly moving, blending with each other, demonstrating a healthy and happy person.

During this transition and very subtly the chakras should be animated as colourful whirlpools that start thin and slow and become faster and wider to gently disappear so not too much attention is paid to them. At the end the animation will come to a loop where the bodies are fully expanded, vibrant, and gently and elegantly moving and interacting with each other.
