My name is Michael P. Morrissey, Mike for short, and I have been programming with Visual Basic since Version 5.0 came out in 1997. Now, I would use VB 6.0 to alter one of my scrappers for you to capture the data that you want, but first, I need to know which web site you want scrapped, and what data. Let along, the format you want to receive the data in. Would a CSV or PSV (Comma or Pipe Separated Values file) be suitable for you to use?
Now, I have already mentioned my scrappers but let me tell you a little bit about them. I originally created them for technical forums well back in the day when I was first starting out. Since then I have adjusted them to scrape data from health sites (nutritional information), Universities (student and/or staff), Inventory for sale sites (from little widgets to various doodads) to business information and I’m sure I could find one of these that I would not need to alter too much to capture your data.
