I require expressions of interest from programmers who are fully experienced in the use of Adode PDF / embedded window javascript programming, to modify an existing .NET software application I own

I’m NOT interested in programmers who want to ‘experiment’ with their skills.

I am NOT interested in hearing from ‘Development’ or Sales Managers’ from large IT houses nor Team leaders or any other management personnel

I want to hear from and deal directly with the programmer who will do the work.

Above all I only want:

1... a good communicator.

2. A programmer who is confident to complete the task.
