XML Import script into MYSQL DB

Project Description:
We need a programmer to amend our current XML import script to work with a new feed:http://www.homeespana.co.uk/feed/general-features-iUDfQ-short.asp
We need this script to run at midnight every-night to keep the data up-to-date. (Our server can do cron-jobs)
Here is a preview of our database table where the data needs importing:

The XML sheet also contains URLs for images for each property, these images need to be imported into the "images" folder on our server.
We already have one XML import scrip running for a different feed, you may be able to use this?
