Background

Once the media player is connected, it shows a navigation menu which is used to navigate to the movie (which must have been copied into the hard disk) and then played. It comes with a remote control which is used for the navigation.

My Request
I want to be able to set a PIN before the menu; such that a user must enter the PIN number before the menu shows up or before any movie can be played. My requirements are slightly more complex than this - i just want to know if there is someone out there who can do this. Please bid and then i can share more of my requirements with you.

The budget i have specified is for the entire project - the requirement mentioned above is the fundamental...if you can do it, then the rest will not be a problem.
