Some of these organizations include the Freddie Mac, IPC, National Institute of Health, World Bank, IMF, IFC, NYC Transit, Hartford Insurance, Wellington Management Company, Amazon, Patient Keeper, Remington Arms, Novartis, Haemonetics, Stratify(Iron Mountain),Mcafee, EMC and Pepsico.
Here we are looking for Sales and telemarketing executives who can pitch in to bring more number of Direct Clients to Ritzy's account.
Job Details:
Establishing contacts with the Direct clients.
Bringing in requirements from them.
sourcing the candidates as per the client needs through the help of recruiting team.
Negotiating with the client for the best deals (better margins)
Clearing the bottlenecks from the stage of bringing in the requirement to the final selection stage of the candidate.
Soft Skills required: Team Player, Good Commincation skills, Rapport Building
