Existing ASP.Net shopping cart website need debugs & transfer under Plesk

You must have at least 5 years of experience on Window Server 2003, ASP.Net, IIS 5.2, Plesk 8.6, SQL Server 2005 and DNS management.

Our site (ifuncity.com) is a custom build (not open source) website. There are on/off error reported. It's not managed under Plesk but directly managed under IIS on Window Server 2003 + SQL server 2005. We hired Godaddy's "expert hand" to migrate is under Plesk but failed (this imply it's not an easy task!).
Before any debug process, the site should be re-installed on a remote server. Candidate will get a copy of the site & database to test on. After the problem is fixed, you will be responsible to implement the fixed version onto our dedicate server. Feel free to visit our site and if you can duplicate the error.

1.) Debug - can't check out, can't pay for items in cart
- Customer complained whenever they check out, items in cart will be cleared. Tested on various browsers but problem persist. This problem happens on / off without any noticeable error message. It's a random error.

2.) Migrate site onto dedicate server under Plesk
- You will need to inspect source-code to complete the migrate process. Godday's "Expert Hand" already attempted without success.
