Graphic Designer for full time position designing a magazine

Project Description:
We are starting a monthly A6 sized pocket magazine printed and distributed monthly.We require a designer who can design all pages for the magazine on a daily basis whenever we have pages that require to be designed on a pay per page designed basis.
Our sales team will sell the advertising space for the magazine and we will forward our customers requirements to you for the design of the page. You must then send the design to our office so we can then forward it to our client for revision to see if they like the design. Any changes the customer requires must be handled appropriately.
Professionalism is the key, you must be an excelent designer and know how to use standard software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat etc..
Once all pages are designed, you must get the magazine ready for print, send it to our office and we will take it to our printer.
Can you please bid a price for each page design. We require a minimum of approx 24 pages per month to run the magazine but are looking to achieve approximately 72 pages per month, but despite this we are aiming for as many pages as possible.
We are looking to pay in the region of $3 USD per page designed but please bid your best price.
24 pages at 3 USD = 72
72 pages at 3 USD = 216
124 pages at 3 USD = 372
YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH DESIGN FOR HIGH QUALITY PRINTING STANDARDS AND BE GOOD WITH COLOUR PROFILES ETC.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES OF YOUR DESIGN WORK.
THIS IS A LONG TERM PROJECT.
WE WILL AWARD THE PROJECT TO SOMEONE BUT IT MAY NOT START FOR 3 WEEKS OR A LITTLE MORE, BUT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO START AND WORK WELL WITH DEADLINES WHEN WE ARE READY.

I have over 30 years of experience in the graphics industry, 18 years experience with digital graphics, so I believe I have the expertise and knowledge of print requirements including color space and resolution that you require for your project. I am currently working in Adobe Creative Suite 5, primarily using InDesign for layout, Photoshop and Illustrator for photos and illustrations, and return most projects in PDF format.
