AutoCad convert details from Jpeg to Autocad - Trace-

Project Description:
I have 12 details that I need Traced or converted to AutoCad. I will provide you a Jpeg of each of the 12 details that need to be traced. I will also provide you a sample with the colors, line types, text style etc that will be used for these details.There are 4 colors involved.
I prefer the text be in multiline text. I will also provide the arrow heads and/or leader types to be used.
I would like to have these returned 3 days from the date of selecting the winning bidder.
I must retain copyright of these details and they can NOT be shared on the net.
Details can be drawn in any scale you like to work in, but ultimately I need them to be scaled down to fit into a paper space page all together fitting 24x36 or ARCH D paper space.
files must be drawn in AutoCad 2010.

Additional Project Description:
08/25/2010 at 18:27 EDT:There will be no 100% milestone payments. Maximum milestone payment is 30%. The remainder will be paid upon completion of the project. I always pay my bills, but I have learned paying in advance gains me nothing but half assed work.
