Project Description:

I have a client who is having I/O issues, and wants someone to troubleshoot initially. There will be more potential work in fixing the issue, but phase I is merely troubleshooting. Knowledge of HP hardware and UX important, but troubleshooting safely equally important. Rate is negotiable at this stage. Work will be completed as soon as possible.

    I really need someone that knows their way around the commands as my client wants to watch the troubleshooting (for knowledge sake and security).

    I have not gotten too much info, but client says having I/O issue. Mentioned within Glance that one of the volumes has only 13000 Read and many times I/O will be 100% and CPU only 12 or 13. No sessions can be established during this time. I know there are Progress databases running behind an ERP and when some reports are run the I/O issues arise.

    I could ask via email some basic questions if you woud like a glance output or another output. We would be using their desktop sharing software and taking over the client's session for troubleshooting.

    Phase I would be 1-2 hours of troubleshooting and then Phase II would be fixing the issue after approval of changes.
