We are looking for a 3D designer/animator who can deesign a 3D virtual set. A 3d virtual Set are animated 3D image of a studio or conferencing room where a transparent virtual presenter video or images can be displayed. .See the following sample http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XitFytYaccs&feature=related
Also check Adobe Ultra Virtual Sets.
You do not need to make the virtual presenter. We need the following images:
1. A big conference (Shot behind and moving to presenter on podium)
2. Shot nearby podium with presenter in the middle
3. Animation shot from presenter in the middle to a are where images can be displayed
4. A hallway animated shot
Skills required:
3D Rendering, 3ds Max, After Effects, Animation, Flash

Hi,
Please keep in mind that you also can get a variety renders from service providers.
Such as:
- Different light intensity (to have a dim light effect at beginning and end of some shots)
- With, or without some of the interior elements for variety.
- With or without motion blur, depends on your camera system, but you can get a lot of realism there.
- Animated elements in the interior (some slightly animated elements can be a great addition to high level of realism. Like fireplace with fire, Animated tree shadows trough the window, and so on.).
