Find For SaleBy Owner listings in PA

Project Description:

I am searching for someone who can search the internet and find all the FSBO (for sale by owner) and FRBO (for rent by owner) listings they can find and place them into an excel spreadsheet. It is imperative that the listings are "by owner" not a realtor or management company.The excel file will need a Name, Email and Phone number for each listing. If there is no phone number just leave it empty, but a phone # is preferred.

Your responsibilities:

Create excel spreadsheet
Research for FSBO and FRBO listings
Enter into spreadsheet
Email me the excel file

This will be done daily on a trial basis. Please bid on a fee based per 1000 listings entered into the excel file. If you need more info to bid this job accurately please let me know. Thank you so much.
