Joomla Template to look like photoshop file (PSD)

Project Description:

A client of mine has asked me to rebuild their website using Joomla and provided me with a Photoshop file of what they want the new site to look like. I've done part of the work at:

Pharmathursdays.com/newsite

But I need someone to finish it. I'm using a template as a starting point. What I still need is:

- The header to be fixed so it looks like the PSD in most browsers / resolutions (including the background for the search button...)
- The home page to be designed like as in the PSD
- All the modules to look like the PSD (modules must also be added if they don't exist)
- An image scroller like the one at:

http://www.huntingground.freeserve.co.uk/main/mainfram.htm?../imagery/imgscroll3h.htm

With the current images in the PSD (you'll need to separate them out). This would be the full width of the site.

Any questions, please get back to me. It shouldn't be too bad a project for someone who is familiar with Joomla and CSS/HTML.
