Looking for an app for the Android that willo accomplish the following:Using Bluetooth Proximity Marketing, turn a users phone into a mobile advertising station.

The user shall start the app and setup an ad campaign. The phone shall attempt to connect to other user phones and send the ad. The app shall be able to connect to up to 5 phones at once and transmit the ad via bluetooth.
The app shall maintain a record of the number of attempted, failed and successful ad submissions.
The app shall allow the user to setup and run several ad campaigns at once, or just stored for later use.
