WHAT?
=====
We need a static lower third video overlay design for a webTV project.

It will not be used within Adobe Premiere or similar but as an HTML+CSS based overlay. Please, keep that in mind.
So there MUST NOT be any animation. The whole thing will be faded in and out, that´s it.
Also do not use any freaky fonts but one which is available within any browser.

Attached find a logo bundle as reference for what we call CI.
The channel is all about electronic- and digital- music, culture and arts.

The overlay must provide space for the following information:
- local time, 12h format
- "video scheduled to end at" time, 12h format
- the video title
- the current show´s name
& any kind of reference to our CI or the channel´s name.


GENERAL:

Be creative, be wild, be subversive, be an artist.
We need a clean DESIGN, not a proof that you´re able to use Photoshop-Filters and Layer-Tools.
Credits will be given in the final project.

RULES:

Newcomers are very welcome - preferably students.
Final files must be provided as Photoshop PSD.
Bids without an URL to general online portfolio or first personalized mock-up will be ignored.
