I am in need of a serious, but affordable graphic-designer/Web-designer to work with me... ongoing and as-needed basis. This is not a one time work, I need someone with who wish to build a long term relation.PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS BELOW VERY CAREFULLY....
Here is what I am looking for:
1) A graphic-design/Web-design EXPERT who can do something quickly. If you are a busy person working on 10 different projects at the same time, and don't have time to do something quickly, then this is NOT for you.
2) Someone who is online for a while every weekday during Singapore (GMT+ 800) business hours on REGULAR BASIS
3) Someone who has good communication skill and uses Skype (preferably MSN messenger) so I can communicate/discuss directly.
SKILLS:
1) Familiarity with all popular graphic design software is required
2) Experience with Wordpress/Flash is highly preferred, although not required
3) Experience with template customization (such as wordpress templates)
4) Familiarity with some SEO work
