Project Description:

Create a mobile application that allows users to search for terms and acronyms on their mobile device. The application should point to and use the results from the same database we use for the web version. In essence, this is a shell application that better controls the appearance of the data to the user. We want an application version for Android and iPhone.

This application will start as a simple app interface for an existing online Internet Marketing dictionary http://www.iMarketingMag.com/M. Eventually this application will need to be expanded to include other specialized content services such as news, industry directories, and software service and tool product reviews.

The functions should be the same as the existing web version. On entry into the application, the overwhelmed image should be displayed with the search boxes. When the user enters a term or acronym to search, the results page (without the overwhelmed image) is displayed. If they term is not found, a submission form should be shown allowing a person to request us to find the term or acronym.

The results page of the search must allow for the ad insertion that already exists. We can change the size of the ads to better meet needs of the search results window.
