Project Description:

We have been developing paper-based dictionaries for some time. We have the synonyms, spellings, definitions in electronic format. We now want to integrate it in to standard word-processing packages and e-mail clients. Our first step is Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. However, we'd like to be able to integrate it into all the popular email packages and open office type word processing packages. If you have developed custom language dictionaries for Word and other packages, we'd like to hear from you in terms of the costs and timescales.You must demonstrate your ability to deliver quality results and understanding of the issues involved.

I am unsure about the costs of the project, so please do not be put off by the fact that I expect it to b e a large project. If you have done similar things before, then you may feel that it might be much easier. Please bid accordingly. However, I do not expect serious bids until we have had a chance to talk about language issues and integration frameworks. The laguage font is Unicode based.
