Project Description:

This is a urgent project, so only drupal individual who can start immediately and have some reviews can only apply.

Client needs a drupal e-learning website. The theme design is partially complete.

Just to give you a basic idea of what I need (will send the complete specification to the suitable freelancer) :-

It will have lessons organised in chapters
It will have quiz feature (drupal.org has a module for this already).
It will have report card feature as well so that after giving tests user can see their performance.

Note:-
1. Preference will be given to those who are willing to develop on my server.
2. Budget for this is not to exceed 200-250 USD in any case.
3. I have many ongoing projects, so I would prefer to work with someone who is willing to forge a long term relationship.
4. I will pay you only when, client has paid me.
5. I prefer freelancer as payment method.
6. Time is valuable, so take this only, if you will be able to do the project in weeks time or so as this is not a huge project.

I will be wary of Indians, last time I got a freelancer who did not even knew how to install drupal. I will select the suitable freelancer in a day or two.
