joomla help please - comunity builder registration form

Project Description:

Hi I have a joomla website with community builder integrated into it and the registration page that has been created is working great except for a few changes I would like to make to make the experience more smooth for the users.

1. make it so password and confirm password fields do not disappear when the user forgets to fill out any field with asterix.

2. on the homepage their is a "new user" field and when the user puts in there code it enters the registration page however the user dosnt see it unless they scroll down and instead of scrolling down the user is hitting a "start now" button that goes to a broken link instead of the user doing there profile. What I would like to happen is to have the "start now button link removed so nothing happens. As far as when the user hits the "send " button after putting in there code it should automatically scroll down for the user so the first 5-10 fields needed to fill out are obviously visible.

3. I would like the registration button at the bottom to be 3 times bigger than it is now and red.

4. Also I want to redefine the way the "You have successfully activated your profile" appears to the user when they register. It would be great if there was a pop up telling them they completed successfully (now there is just another page but it dosnt stand out and then there is the bad scroll down issue because the banner is big). In the pop up I would like there to be a "Whats next" button at the bottom that will let them click on it and go through a couple of slides in the pop up letting them know what to expect over the next few days (2 slides).
