OScommerce module installation Credit Card CCV2

Project Description:

I've tried to install the OScommerce module "Credit Card with CVV2 v3" (located here http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2954) I followed the installation instructions for this module however I was unable to get this working. I require somebody who has installed this module before to have a look and fix. Could you please confirm for me that this module will ask the user for there credit card information (including CCV2) when they checkout and that there credit card information will then be stored in
the mysql database in plain text (I require plain text so that I can see the Credit Card details so I can process the orders manually).

Once this job has been completed successfully I will have ongoing jobs for the successful bidder to work on this site, so please only bid if you have OScommerce experience.
