Project Description:

We have purchased an API from our medical billing software company. I need a developer to take the provided C code from the API provide to compile a desktop application and query the server that the API resides on to pull different information and also submit information back.

I have attached a document with some sample commands and the C code. Please review. Also is there a way to make the calls that the application is doing with a Linux server and using PHP or any other protocol. We are trying to avoid using a Windows server.

The API handles medical information for patients. It is tied into a "office key" for each location. We will be building different web applications based upon the data that is pulled and also submitting back to the medical information system.

The first project once the "data call" as specified in the document is setup is to synchronize data between office keys. We will do a separate posting for this.

I need this done asap!
