Support Application to run on client computers

Project Description:
HiWe are an IT Support company and would like someone to write us a program that we can install onto our client computers to assist us when supporting users over the phone. The application must work on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7
The application (once installed) will sit in the task bar by the clock and when clicked will provide a number of options such as
Computer Name - Shows the computer name
IP Address - Shows the PC IP address
Log a Call - Opens a browser and goes to our online web Helpdesk
H2 Remote - runs an existing support program from \servername\support\remote.exe
Ping Router - Pings the users default router
Ping H2 - Ping an external IP address at our office
Update - Goes to a web site, downloads the latest version and installs
Contact - Displays phone and Email details of our office
The program must be able to be installed without asking any questions.
I am sure there are more questions but this should hopefully give you a feel for what we want.
