Project Description:

I need a ticket database that has a company and customer front end. An authentication system is required. The customer should have the ability to create/modify/request to close their own tickets. There will be multiple customers and multiple locations for each customer. The ticket database needs to keep a time stamp and the system needs to send emails when certain events are triggered (such as a text message and email message to the company when a ticket is created/modified or requested to close by the customer). The business relies on SLA metrics, which might be different for each customer and could be different for each type of equipment that is supported. No website design is needed other than basic php/html and possibly javascript/ajax to make a working concept. Deployment will be on a Linux Apache server.
