Recreate logo in eps vector graphic

Project Description:
I need the attached logo redrawn as a eps vector graphic. The logo is low res and I need a high res logo that can be resized and used in print. Note - one of the uses for the high res logo is printed on tradeshow banner.Sounds like an easy project. Here is the catch, I need the final logo on Tuesday, September 7th, 5 PM EST. If anyone has time to complete and easy project quickly, then please let me know.

Do you realise that the image is so small that when you enlarge it, it blurs so much that it's impossible to see what's happening with the E's. Are they spaces or are they colours or are they blurs ?
