Looking for a PHP programmer to enable facebook connect on a drupal portal.

It must work with the Legal module so that users that sign in from drupal or facebook have to accept the terms and conditions.

I need a button to log in using Facebook in a block that is displayed in the home page.
I need a button to log in using Facebook in the user registration form.
I need a button to log in using Facebook in the standard log in page.

There are several modules running on that site, it was working before but suddenly it gets into an infinite loop when a user is logged in to Facebook.

Upon logging in from Facebook for the first time, I need a local drupal account created and need to make some modifications to the user's details before populating the database, mainly for error correction and checking the format of the data.
