Simple Drupal template adjustments and site setup

Project Description:
I want a general offer for setting up a simple site with Drupal. This is to be the low-end option of the servies I want to offer. I would like this to be a long-term relationship.This will include:
- Adjust a given standard template for this particular customer (colors, logo and such). We would agree upon which template to use as the standard one.
- Make/adapt a simple logo and heading to fit the theme, based on existing images or only instructions.
- Set up the site on a server with multiple Drupal sites, with the 3 standard pages (with lore-lipsum-text): front page, services and contact-us (including a contact-form).
In addition (not a part of this spesific project), how much would you charge if the first point was: Adjust a special template uniquely found for one particular client.
