Enhance and repair WP theme

Hi Freelancers,I need someone to do the folowing job on a wordpress theme:
-Repair sidebar (it freezes when page is visited, not on post page)
-Change aspect of sidebar (use some jquery based menu)
-Add jquery based slider with latest posts on home page (must be able to select category to show from panel)
-Change colors of template
-Make theme adsense ready (on posts page, single page and sidebar)
-Remove "posted by..." from pages and posts.
-Setup twitter account so that posts show in twitter
-Setup newsletter, so users can sign to receive posts on their email.
Please bid only if you really can do this.
