Let us assume that facebook is starting for the first time and you are the site manager.And you are to develop a vision for the day to day administration,fixing and correcting issues to improve user experience and make the site more intuitive and user friendly to improve overall user experience and value.Integrating and linking the website everywhere possible across the web;
*creating mobile applications for the website.
*Testing all aspects of site functions to ensure accuracy.
*Creating a plan to generate revenue for the social website.
*Managing staff (developers) is a requirement for this project and making staffing recommendations.
*Developing growth strategy.
In your proposal for this project you are to showcase how you will run a website like this from Pre-launch to Launch and then post Launch.
Previous documented success you have had in a similar capacity is definitely required and will be verified to win this contract.
Specific details about the project will only be given to selected winner.
