You are paid to control the team, to control what is going on, to control data input workers not to enter in data.

Experience is a must!

Daily pay to start. Number of Data entry workers is 15 plus per each hour.
You must control dinner breaks, lunch breaks, breakfast break, hourly breaks, or what ever breaks you call it, it is your job to make sure work is always being preformed. I was controller before so i know what that is about and how hard it is to keep a team together.
