I'm looking for someone to develop a customer OpenVPN GUI that is multiplatform, i.e linux (maybe) must be OSX and Windows xp/vista/7 compatible.I'm very technically minded and can help out with specifics about OpenVPN.
The application should contain the following features.
1. Ability to switch networks easy
2. Option Block local internet if VPN is disconnected
3. Suggest VPN server to connect to based on persons Geographic
4. Able to authenticated against client keys
5. The application interface is to be modern
6. If Graphics design isn't your forte this can be provided for the interface.

Hi, could you please tell me a little more about what you exactly need ?
I have written a GUI library that runs on Windows, Mac and Linux.
With it i have written a number of applications like a web browser and internet television.
The GUI is defined in a text file and can be changed, the GUI is dynamic so if it is resized elements get a new size. Parts of the GUI can have background pictures or patterns. There can be pictures or animated GIFs in the GUI. Please tell me what you need.

Than you does not arrange OpenVPN GUI (it is distributed in initial texts)? You want completely multiplatform an adjusting package, say, on Java? But then definition "The application interface is to be modern" is not so clear. After all standard libraries java give very few new possibilities for GUI, and additional any more multiplatform .
