Project Description:

I have a website which is working effectively. However, i would like to redevelop the Joomla template design throughout the website, to reflect the companies current identity (on attached document).

I also need the homepage revamped to bring more colour to it and change the layout.

The website is www.platinum-tanks.net. It is built on Joomla 1.5 and uses the Virtuemart system.

Note that when developing the design the following can be accomodated:
- Logo should be amended to reflect current indentity (on attached document)
- Menus can be moved to suit new design
- Information can be moved away from the homepage if required

A sample homepage design must be provided in advance of bid being awarded.

It is an easy process for me to do myself, but I do not have the time.
