Project Description:

I'm looking to build an application that lets me provide online testing for remote people. As the first phase it should be fairly simple, the admin puts questions and instructions, the person who is doing the test online responds to them in the right space and there will be a timer. The questions will come to him one at a time and then we might give the candidate the option to review the test. . Phase 2 might consist of a solution where it will prevent the tested person from cheating. This could a solution that prevent him from leaving the browser or for us to record movement out of the test, maybe an integration of web cam, or maybe some ideas I did not think about. Now if anyone can assist me with phase 2 that would truly incredible but not a must. I do have a limited budget so If I must would simply stick to phase 1 I’m Looking forward to your suggestions and bids.
