Simple Mobile Application Example - Multiple Platforms

Project Description:

We are a large growing UK company looking for a suite of mobile applications. We are looking for sample code to see the level of the contractor(s).

The successful contractor(s) will be in line to tender for a very large project worth £24,500 - £34,800.

Screen 1
========
Splash screen - displays an image for 3 seconds then closes and opens

Screen 2
========
This screen has a background image and a "Call Now" button in the center of
the screen. On pressing the "Call Now" button the phone opens the phones
normal dialling screen with the number already entered. The user can now
make a call (if this can auto dial that's ok as well but not a major
requirement)

At the top of Screen 1 is a normal banner with a heading of "My Company"
aligned left and a button on the right hand side of the banner that says
"About". On pressing the "About" button the it opens

Screen 3
========
This screen has the same background as Screen 1 and has a frame in the
centre (or some way to make the text stand out) with the following text

Line 1: My Company
Line 2: Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, Postcode

This page too has a banner with a "Close" button that then closes this
screen and shows Screen 2 again.

Screen 1 and Screen 3 require a menu that is activated from the phone with 2
options - "Call Now" and "Exit". "Call Now" calls the number and "Exit"
closes the program completely.

I require the source code and installation package for the following ...

The code should be written for the lowest available SDK version for each
platform so that its compatible with most versions e.g. Android should be
version 1.5 etc

Android Version 1.5 and above
iPhone Version
Blackberry Version
Windows Mobile 5 Version and above - e.g. HTC Diamond Symbian Version is
this just Java?? Does this cover Nokia and Sony?
Java Version for smartphones e.g. Nokia N95 Non-smartphone Java version - is
this same as above e.g. Sony Ericsson C902, Samsung Jet, Nokia 1208 Any
others I'm missing?

Also required is list of the technology used to build each of the samples in
so they can be maintained later. i.e. Android SDK version, Java version ?,
Eclipse version ? etc

We would like to see examples of previous work. Quote "UK Apps" on all replies.
