I need 3,000 to 10,000 Facebook Fans to my Page

Project Description:

This project is to build 3,000 to 10,000 fans to a new Facebook Fan Page related to the Latin Products.

What I'm looking for:

- Fans must not be acquired legally WITHOUT using spam, spam-bots, any sort of bots or automated programs.
- Must be real active Facebook users (log in at least once a week)
- Fans must not have profiles promoting pornographic, dating or illegal sites. No fans must be spammers or be at risk of having their accounts deleted.
- Methods must not get my Facebook account banned or deleted.
- Looking for fans only in the USA and CANADA.
- Would ideally like fans within a week, but don't mind if it's a bit longer AS LONG as these are REAL FANS and it's done properly.
- If methods of attracting fans are illegitimate or result in account/ page being banned, you won't be paid.

Please explain how you intend to do this and stay within Facebook rules. Also links to previous Fan Pages you have worked on if you have done similar work.
