Calling all artists!We are in need of one talented individual to take up some slack on our publisher accepted comic book series, “Enter The Hero.” This six issue series HAS A CONTRACT AND WILL BE PUBLISHED by Arcana Comics upon completion. We need someone willing to do pencils, inks, and colors for three of the six issues. We can not pay you up front for this work, however we are willing to give you a percentage of royalties after publication as well as full credits in the book. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to break into comics.
In case any of you are wondering, yes, this position was up for grabs once before. But because of unfortunate events, the artist that we chose was unable to stay with the project.

I would like to ask for more information about the project as follows:
1. the dimensions of the pages
2. the resolution of the pages
3. the number of pages per issue
4. the timeline of each issue (due date of each issue)
5. the character's description (powers - abilities - biography - secret identity.....etc.)
I also wanted to make sure of the payment method. will it be divided & paid after each issue or paid as a total after the delivery of the whole three issues.

My name is Jamie Chapman (B.A) , and I am a recent fine art graduate from London Metropolitan university, and am based in the U.K.
A fine art degree is more than painting and sculpture, it is a degree in visual literacy. This means I am proficient at drawing and sketching, particularly figures, trained in foreshortening, composition, colour theory and all the grounding required render anything from a simple sketch to a full blown colour painting. (oil, acrylic, watercolour, etc).
I am also an avid comic reader, (particularly manga, although open to other styles), and enjoy absolutely anything of horror, sci- fi and fantasy genre, novels, film, comics, games, etc.
I am a professional artist, so will happily bend to whatever style /genre you desire, so please don't baulk at the idea that I will force horror based imagery into your project, I am more than happy to draw for any age range.
I work in traditional media, (pen, pencil, paint, etc.) That can be scanned and sent digitally. I can also do graphic novel style sequential stories, if you would like an example of this please tell me, and I shall send you some, as I am sceptical of putting my comics up on the net where anyone can copy them.
I believe my strength lies in pencilling, but will also ink, however I do not have the equipment to provide digital colouring techniques.
I have only recently graduated from my degree, so have no published work to speak of, but I have been part of several art shows in London, and have sold works.
